YOUR LODGING HAS NOT YET BEEN RESERVED and you must do that following the instructions below.
As you know camp will be held July 9-12 this year at the Front Range Community College (FRCC) in Westminster, CO. Camp officially begins with a family dinner, which you have already paid for when you registered (unless you opted out) Thursday evening and then OPENING CEREMONY on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Camp ends no later than noon on Sunday.
LODGING INFORMATION:
For those of you who wish to stay in a hotel while attending camp, we have reserved a block of rooms at TWO nearby hotels, to give families options. They are right next door to each other, and located about 2 miles from Front Range Community College where camp will be held.
HOTEL CHOICE 1: DRURY INN & SUITES WESTMINSTER
Rates are $180-$214 per night for a family, including an indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub. free breakfast, Wi-Fi, dinnertime snacks, and 3 complimentary beverages per adult, business center, workout facilities and more. A microwave and refrigerator can be found in all rooms. Our families have loved staying in this hotel the past three years.

HOTEL CHOICE 2: HYATT PLACE WESTMINSTER
Rates are $169 per night for a family, including an indoor pool. free breakfast, Wi-Fi, on-site restaurant with happy hour, business center, workout facilities, and is pet friendly.

The deadline for reservations at BOTH hotels is June 9, 2026, so please reserve your room by then or the rates may not apply, plus the rooms will be released and likely gone. Local families are also welcome to stay in the hotel closer to camp if you wish.
SEAPI Heritage Camp Information:
You will be receiving periodic informational emails from us between now and camp. Please be sure to open and read them so that your family is fully prepared for camp. About 2 weeks before camp, you will be receiving detailed information via e-mail, including the schedule of activities, list of workshops for children, teens, and parents, adult role assignments, what to bring, what to wear, how to get there, and much more!
