
Welcome to Southeast Asian/Pacific Islander (SEAPI HC) Heritage Camp 2025!
Your family’s registration has been received and confirmed as participants at this year’s camp. We are looking forward to seeing your family this summer! IT WILL HELPFUL TO YOU IF YOU READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL UPON RECEIPT.
YOUR LODGING HAS NOT YET BEEN RESERVED and you must do that following the instructions below. We have a block of rooms reserved for our camp families, so please ONLY use the link below to contact Estes Park Center for lodging.
As you know camp will be held July 31-August 3 this year at the beautiful YMCA Estes Park Center in Estes Park, CO, beginning with an optional family dinner Camp officially begins with a family dinner, which you have already paid for when you registered (unless you opted out) Thursday evening and then OPENING CEREMONY on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
LODGING INFORMATION:
Your camp lodge room package includes accommodations plus breakfast and dinner each day, beginning with breakfast the day after arrival and ending with breakfast on departure. Lunches are available for purchase but are not included in the lodge room package. On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs. Archery, mountain bike rentals, canoe rentals, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.
To make and confirm an accommodation reservation for your group’s event:
For any children age 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, include in the Comment section the names of children and their ages. If applicable, meal prices for children will be added to your reservation prior to arrival. Child meal prices 2024-2025 season ages 6-12 years: Breakfast – $7.50, Dinner – $14.50. Children 5 and under: no charge

Please note that a 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.
If you would like to enjoy our beautiful mountain location beyond the dates of the group’s stay, please make your reservation on-line first for the dates of the group’s event by clicking on the link above. Then please call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add the additional nights to your existing reservation. Please have your reservation number handy.

Important! The deadline to reserve lodging is May 27, 2025 and they do fill up.
After that time, our group’s lodge rooms will be made available to other guests at Estes Park Center and may fill up quickly.
To book an individual cabin:
You must do this beginning the first Wednesday in April as an individual. You are on your own to reserve a cabin, since cabins are not part of our group lodging inventory.
You can do this online at www.ymcarockies.org or by contacting Estes Park Center reservations directly at 888-613-9622. Please let them know that you are with Heritage Camp when your reserve a cabin!
SEAPI Heritage Camp Information:
You will be receiving periodic informational emails from us between now and camp. Please be sure to open and read them so that your family is fully prepared for camp. About 2 weeks before camp, you will be receiving detailed information via e-mail, including the schedule of activities, list of workshops for children, teens, and parents, adult role assignments, what to bring, what to wear, how to get there, and much more!
