Korean Heritage Camp 2011 Special Guests for the 20th Year Celebration!

The following is a list of some of the special guests coming to celebrate KHC’s 20^th year this June!  Where applicable, their web sites are also listed.  This does not include the remarkable number of Korean community volunteers from right here in Colorado, who are the heart and seoul of our camp, and will be there in force this year!

• Min, Youngchi will return from his home in Japan. Some of you may remember his performance groups of years past, Puri and Santa. He is a long time KHC VIP.
• Soo Mee Woo and Hee Seung Han are attending KHC for the first time, coming al the way from Korea. They bring their love of kites and will share an historical perspective of the importance of kites in Korean culture with the 4^th and 5^th graders at camp.
• Hollee McGinnis, Korean adoptee and author, returns to KHC and will lead workshops about birth family searches and the how their outcome plays roles in adoptees lives.
• Jeong Swan Lee, the Korean Consulate General from San Francisco who will attend the Opening Ceremony and hold an informal parent session with questions and answers Friday morning.
