 The Somewhere in the World Foundation is an ongoing volunteer effort by the parents, families, and facilitators of international adoption to provide food, medicine, and ongoing care to orphaned children around the world who will never know the solace and security of an adopted family.
When circumstances prevent this from happening, be they sickness, poverty, or death, then "family" dons new meaning; a definition of which we all become a part. We can leave the world a better place than we found it: we can nurture the children of our human family. |
