Heritage Camp Alumni
Parents and Campers!!
You now have an opportunity to return to your Heritage Camp as an illustrious Heritage Camp Alumnus, and we’d love to have you back!
Former Campers:
Each year a number of camp participants graduate from high school and are no longer considered “campers.” The GOOD news is you can always apply to be a counselor at http://www.heritagecamps.org/counselors.html and we’d love to have you back in that role.
BUT...some of you may not really want to be counselors, knowing what that’s
like!! However, we know you still want to come to camp to see friends you may
only see once a year and still get that “camp time” in every year!
SO…have we got a deal for you! Come be an “Alumni
Volunteer!” We
always need help in a variety of areas at camp. We would love to have our former
campers help – who knows better what camp’s all about, after all!
There are many areas that can use your help, like:
Helping to set up and work in the Village
Helping to set up and work in the Market
Lunch prep, cooking and serving
Helping facilitators teach the kids
Working in the Middle School group to help with outdoor activities
Working at the registration table
Anywhere we may need an extra hand
If you are a former camper and wish to come back to volunteer at camp, please complete the volunteer form at http://www.heritagecamps.org/volunteers.html under the “Cultural Community Volunteer Activities” section. In the “Other” area, please write that you are a former camper and what years you attended. You will not have to pay any camp fees if you attend as a volunteer, but please know that we will have you working the same amount of hours as the counselors do! You will add such value to any area you work in – we need you! We will also house you at no cost with the counselors in their cabins, so you can be with old camp friends or make new ones. You will also have to sign the “Alumni Volunteer Code of Conduct,” so once we get your volunteer form, we’ll send that to you, plus your volunteer assignments, lodging information, etc.
Alumni adult adoptees with spouses and children, or who do not want to be in lodging with counselors, may also come to camp as participants and not volunteers, in which case you can register for camp as a regular attendee. However, if you wish to volunteer or make a presentation at camp, please contact us to do so!
Parents of Former Campers:
Parents, we’d also love to have you return as “Alumni Parents” with the chance to keep those camp friendships and that camp feeling alive, whether your child decides to come or not!! We’ve had many alumni parents return to camp each year, and it is so much fun to see everyone! Once we see how many of you register, we’ll determine our alumni activities and keep you informed. Most of the alumni events will be held on the Saturday of camp, so keep that in mind as you plan your return to camp!
You are welcome to come both days of camp for $95 or just one for $50. If you are planning to attend both days, we'd love to have you sign up to volunteer, but it's not mandatory! You've done your time, but "experts" are always welcome!
For alumni young adults, we are asking you to volunteer during camp and the registration page will have options for you.
How to Register:

and follow the directions.
Lodging Reservations:
If you are coming as an Alumni Parent, you will secure lodging on-line through
Snow Mountain Ranch. After you register for camp, you will receive, via e-mail,
confirmation of your registration, a password, reservation number and the Snow
Mountain Ranch web site. Go on-line and make your lodging reservation. (Be
sure to include your e-mail address with your camp registration). There is
still some lodging available but please register quickly to be assured a spot!
Alumni Volunteers, or former campers, will be provided lodging at no cost with
the counselors.
Your sponsorships and donations are welcome, needed, and so very appreciated
even if you are unable to attend camp this year!! Please find out more about
